Enrolled Students New Students Transcripts When your application has been accepted and your child's current academic term at his/her school has been completed, please request that a complete transcript be mailed to Heritage Christian School, Admissions Office, 3613 Hwy. 34 East, Sharpsburg, GA 30277 Forms All forms in the application packet must be completed and turned into the office before final acceptance has been granted. These forms include:
Fees Application Fees All fees associated with the application process must be paid in full before the application process can be finalized. Book and Activity Fees All book fees must be paid on or before July 15. Book fees received after July 15 must include a $50.00 late fee. All book fees must be paid in full for a student to be considered as an enrolled student for the coming year. All book fees must be paid in full before a child can begin school. August Tuition Tuition at Heritage Christian School is based on an 11 month system beginning in August. All monthly tuition payments are due in the office by the 10th of each month. A $35.00 late fee will be assessed after the 10th of each month and for each 30 days payment is late. The August tuition payment must be received before the first day of school to begin the school year. Newly enrolled students must pay the August tuition within 3 days of acceptance to hold your child’s place in the school. |
