More About Heritage Although Heritage Christian enjoys a proud and successful tradition as one of Georgia’s oldest Christian schools, it still adheres to the basic values and principles which motivated its founding in 1965. God must be at the center of all true education. God’s glory and our joy in knowing Him is the first priority. Every child has been fearfully and wonderfully made in the very image of God. Every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. Nurturing the individual child and assisting families in the education of their children is central to our program. Our goal has always been to have a Christian school that is among the very best in Georgia. To do this we must continue to promote the necessity of a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ, academic excellence, and recognizing individual differences in learning styles. We seek to impress upon our students a sense of responsibility to God, themselves, their classmates, their school, their church, the community where they live, and the world around them.
