Welcome to Heritage Christian School. Thank you for visiting our web site. Since it's founding in 1965, HCS has embraced a philosophy of education that is "distinctively Christian, distinctively different". By that, we simply mean that we believe that all truth must be seen as God's truth. At HCS, we teach students that God must be at the center of all subjects, and that everything must be seen from God's point of view. We refer to this as our Christian worldview.

Within the framework of this basic philosophy, we also emphasize the importance and uniqueness of each child. The Psalmist described it this way - "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works: and that my soul knoweth right well" (Psalm 139:14). This truth is the reason every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. This is why we take our responsibility very seriously.

Knowing this truth, HCS seeks to impress upon each student a sense of responsibility to God, themselves, their classmates, their school, their church, the community where they live, and the world around them. This is the Heritage way of education.
